Dr. Deed Harrison
Dr. Deed E. Harrison, D.C., is a leading expert in spinal rehabilitation and the developer of Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®). Since graduating from Life-West Chiropractic College in 1996, he has delivered over 1,000 lectures worldwide and authored more than 230 peer-reviewed publications and seven textbooks on spine health.

Not in the traditional sense. This is a clinical management mastermind. Most practice management groups are only focused on business and sales but cannot help you with clinical application and results. We will be focused on how to improve care and patient outcomes. Business success and growth will of course be involved but the focus will be on improving our application of CBP methods in real world scenarios.
Each week we will have rotating topics covering the intricacies of CBP practice at various levels of implementation and refinement. We'll work together to improve our analysis, treatment methods, patient education, staff training, office organization, patient flow and maximize our floor plan. We will learn from those who came before us or teach those coming up behind us how to mentor associates, delegate tasks, and expand our capacity while maintaining consistency through oversight and quality control. As a team we will engage one another in discussions as to how one best evolves from single region to complex full spine management, how to integrate complimentary services, educate our medical colleagues, generate referral partners, how to modify treatments in the presence of complicating diseases.
Absolutely not. Like any individual or team looking to be there best we will of course cover and drill on the fundamentals. However we will also explore complex cases out of advance certified and instructor's offices. We will invite members to bring before the group challenging cases which didn't turn out the way we had hoped or planned and explore what we could have done better, what other docs have seen in similar challenging cases and grow together. This is a community of doctors who understand that mastery is a never ending journey which should be fun and fulfilling along the way!
